Enlightenment...Enlightenment...
Enlightenment... By this point you're probably getting tired of hearing that word. You'd better get used to it, though. Enlightenment is the most sacred of all New Age terms.

Many spirit guides use shock therapy, and your guide will probably keep throwing that word at you over and over in hopes of shocking you to your enlightened senses. (Just hope your guide isn't into primal shock therapy. There's nothing worse than a ghost screaming you out of your sleep at 3 AM, even if he or she is saying the most sacred word of Life.)

But just what does "Enlightenment" mean? According to Everything You Always Wanted to Know about the Afterlife..., "Enlightenment is the Purpose of Life." Not very enlightening is it? However, the Great Book gives further clarification with that famous Cosmic Riddle: How many past lives does it take to screw in a light bulb?
